Design That Sells
offers a
wide variety of home staging and redesign services that are
designed to meet your individual needs and budget. Along
with preparing houses for sale, we also work with clients
who want to enjoy their current homes more and gain a new
appreciation for all it has to offer.
Initial
Consultation and Walk Through
All of our services start with an initial consultation. We
meet with you to discuss your goals and
expectations. This initial meeting will be one-two hours in
length. We will review our 8 Step Feel Home Staging
techniques while walking through your home as a home buyer
would, gathering those all-important “first impressions”.
We will then do a quick visual demonstration that home
staging can make by transforming a room in your house. We
will end by deciding which package would be most beneficial
to your home while still working within your budget and time
frame.
Half Day
Home Staging or Interior Redesign
This package is for homes that need just a little extra
attention or are less than 2,000 square feet. Using the
Action Plan from our consultation, a
Design
That Sells'
consultant will make dramatic transformations to the main
areas of your home. We will bring in our accessories to
complete the look of each room and take great photos for you
and your agent’s marketing plan as well as visuals of what
accessories you may need to purchase to duplicate the look.
Full Day
Home Staging or Redesign
If your home is over 2,000 square feet, a Design That
Sells' consultant will spend a full day making dramatic
transformations to your home as described in the Half Day
Home Staging. You won’t believe the difference a day can
make! You will also have photos for your agent’s marketing
efforts and visuals of what accessories you need to purchase
to make the look complete.
New
Listing or Open House Staging Weekend
This package is perfect for the house that is just about to
go onto the market or have an open house. Design That
Sells' consultants will spend two full days prior to that
weekend transforming your house into a buyers dream. We
will work with a detailed Action Plan that the home seller
may keep for future transformations. Every home should go
through our complete home staging transformation
before being listed to make that great first
impression!
Shopping Service
We will create a budget and shop for those accessories that
serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple,
inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of
a room. We know where to go and can get “Designer
Discounts” on what we purchase.
